There is one critical ingredient when it comes to achieving fitness success.


Of course, I am talking about YOUR MINDSET.

If you’re a yo-yo dieter, who has tried many different diets, and still not seen results yet, it’s because you’re giving up too easy!

“Diet starts Monday...”

You’re all fired up, you have your food prepared for the week, you’ve joined the gym and you have things set in place


..but then cravings start to creep in, there’s some stress at home, you miss one or two workouts, and then you start to revert back to your old ways, and the fitness journey is pushed aside, until you’re ready to try again.


You say you’ll start on Monday, but there are 52 Mondays in the year, and you find yourself saying the same thing again and again.

To get started, here are some tips to help you with your mindset:

📍Remember your “WHY’ and remind yourself regularly of this, whether it’s to boost your health or look amazing in a new dress

📍No negative self-talk - give yourself credit where it’s due!

📍Be aware of your triggers; what causes you to break your diet? Is it boredom? Perhaps it’s poor planning?

📍Have people around you/on social media who inspire you

📍Consider who is in your circle - Take a step back from those who do not want the best for you

📍Ask for help if you’re struggling. You’re not alone on this journey!

Mindset is key when it comes to succeeding, because your mindset is the foundation for how you feel about yourself.


That’s not to say it is easy, though. It can be difficult to break those bad habits that you have forged and those excuses you have carved for yourself.
