How To Grow Your Glutes

A lot of people have a tendency to think that they cannot achieve a bigger bum naturally. They assume it is something they are either born with or not.

Well, I am here to tell you that you can grow your glutes! It simply requires a dedicated plan, which, as a dedicated fitness expert, I can help with.

How can you grow your glutes?

Like any body part, when it comes to building new muscle tissue, there are a couple of things you need to have in order to achieve your goals!

Step 1

You must be in a calorie surplus! What does this mean? It means you need to be eating more calories than you are burning!

Okay, so I can just add a few extra chocolate bars to my diet then? No, it’s not that simple. This isn’t an excuse to pile on loads of body fat. It’s about making the right decisions, and that’s what my fitness planning service is about.

There is a misconception that by eating in a surplus you’ll add lots of body fat to your physique and get “out of shape” and it’s a concept I struggled with myself. But, in actual fact, when you eat in a small surplus consistently and your meals are structured, then you will actually build new muscle tissue rather than just getting a bigger waistline. 🙌🏼⠀ ⠀

Step 2

To ensure you’re building new muscle tissue, it’s super important to focus on exercise execution and progressive overload.

Just so we’re on the same page; you will not grow your glutes by doing a blast workout from your favourite influencer! So, if you’ve been doing the latest 20-minute booty grow workout, please stop ✋🏽. Sadly, they’re nothing more than marketing ploys.

Try these exercises that I incorporate in my workouts to achieve that full rounded bum that you’re after!

🍑 Hip Thrust

🍑 Stiff leg deadlift

🍑 Lunges

🍑 Squat

🍑 Bulgarian Split Squat

With this in mind, I urge you to track your lifts and make sure you are actually getting stronger at every exercise. Doing the same thing over and over again will not give you the results. It’s a problem I see a lot. You need to push yourself to achieve more.

Step 3

This step is called progressive overload. Aim to be as strong as possible, control your lifts, ensure your form is perfect, and you will see a huge difference in your results!⠀ ⠀
